Room Decoration

Whether you are hosting your party in a house, a marquee, a tipee or a village hall, we can create the right look for your party.

We meet with you to discuss how you want your party venue to look then you can leave it to us. We have a wide range of suppliers to ensure whatever look or theme you are going for, we can create to your total satisfaction.

Table Setting

When it comes to table decorations, Helping Hands have all the products, experience and vision to turn your tables into things of beauty.

With guests often spending hours at their table at a party, we know how important it is to make an impression.

When we meet to discuss how you want your tables to be decorated, we will bring our ideas and examples too. Together we will ensure your tables look fantastic for your guests.

Finishing Touches

Wedding favours, little presents for your guests or special mementos for your guests to keep to celebrate the occasion, we know what works well.

We take your ideas, throw in a few of our own and then go away and source the products and present them wonderfully on the table for your guests.

Our trained, qualified and experienced team of chefs deliver everything form a cold buffet through hot buffets and barbeques through to full 4, 5 or 6 course gourmet meals of cuisines from around the world.

We work with you to ensure the catering is delivered within your budget but is always fresh, tasty and food your guests will love.

Drinks

Working closely to your budget and to your guidelines, our team ensure your guests have access to the widest range of drinks available - everything they want they can have. All you need to decide is who is going to pay for it!

Our drinks are all sourced at trade prices and our expected profit margins are a lot lower than the majority of bars.

What's important to us is that your party goes off with a bang and everyone has a good time. Our cocktail waiters are fully trained and experienced and are the best in the business!

Waitressing

We understand the art of waitressing at parties. Our team move silently and stealthily around the room, virtually un-noticed by your guests but ensuring every one of your guests gets all the food and drink they would like, when they would like it.

Our aim as a team of waitresses is to second guess what your guests would like next and deliver it to them before they have to ask us.

We are sure that you will be delighted with our waitress services - it's an art we have developed over years and are very proud of how we deliver it.

Disco/DJ

Helping Hands Party Team know how to get the party dancing.

We have access to a range of DJs from weekend pros to Ibiza legends who are respected across the World for their DJing skills.

We will talk to your about your budget and the type of music you would like at your party and then match the right DJ to your requirements.

Every DJ we employ brings with them their own decks, lights and disco equipment to really turn your party on when day turns to night

Live Music

We offer a wide range of bands for your party including indie rock bands, modern pop bands, 50s wedding bands, 80s wedding bands and pretty much every other genre you can think of.

We understand that the entertainment for your party will play a big part in making your party fantastic and memorable for all guests.

We offer a professional service to make sure you get the right band for you, whether that's a 4-piece rock band, Motown tribute band or a quiet acoustic trio in the corner.

Magicians

Your guests will be amazed when they see magic happen right in front of their eyes or even in the palm of their hand. Our range of magicians really make your party fun to be at!

We will talk to you about the age range of your guests and how many people you have invited to your party and then recommend a magician to suit your party.

If your event is under 100 guests you might only need one magician, but we also book out many teams of magicians for larger events.

We Clean & Tidy Up

Have you ever had a great party and afterwards can't stand looking at the mess left behind inside your home or venue? Helping Hands Party Team are on hand to clean and tidy everything up.

Our after party clean-up service allows you to relax after your party rather than worry about the clearing up.

As part of our service, we offer specialist cleaning of upholstery and carpets to ensure any spillages are removed as part of the general clean. When we have finished, you will not even know a party had taken place!

Recycle & Re-Use

Helping Hands Party Team are committed to the environment too. All the refuse from your party is sorted and recycled where possible. Bottles, Plastic glasses and cups, paper plates etc are all recycled.

So, you can have your party and relax in the knowledge that you haven't harmed the environment by adding to landfill at the same time.

We also have a range of glasses, plates and cutlery for hire which reduces waste even more from your party. We will talk to you about that when we meet.

You Sleep It Off!

So, you've had a great party, Helping Hands Party Team have worked with you to ensure you are your guests will remember the party for years to come - you'll be tired!

Let Helping Hands Party Team take the the strain and clear up and tidy the venue on your behalf and return the keys to the landlord (where necessary).

You can sleep off a heavy night knowing it's all taken care of.
